作為替代方案，建議可改修習：
- 教育社會學Sociology of Education（開課序號：0904）時間：周四8-9節，2學分
- 質性研究Qualitative Research（開課序號：0903）時間：周一6-8節，3學分
「情緒與壓力調適」本課程將視實際情形，擇於114學年度第二學期或115學年度第一學期開設。
